Shawana Bridgers is a dedicated professional at Olympic Behavioral Health with a passion for helping individuals rebuild their lives through recovery. Originally from New Jersey and a Florida resident for the past 25 years, she enjoys computers, movies, ice skating, and staying connected to the recovery community.
Shawana began working in the addiction treatment field in 2015 after developing a strong interest in mental health through personal experiences within her own family. Once she became a case manager, she discovered her true calling and developed a lasting passion for advocacy and client support.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a CCAR Recovery Coach. With strengths in social work, problem-solving, and active listening, Shawana believes family involvement is an important part of the recovery process. She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping clients gain the tools and opportunities they need to build successful, productive lives.
