Stephanie A. SuSu

Stephanie Susu, originally from New York and now based in Florida, has been in the addiction treatment field for 15 years. Holding a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and a Certification in Neurofeedback, she combines her scientific background with a deep passion for helping others overcome addiction and mental health challenges.

Stephanie’s approach to her work is shaped by her initial desire to “fix” someone close to her, a perspective that evolved as she gained a deeper understanding of addiction. Now, her focus is on guiding clients to positive outcomes, with a particular talent for strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership.

Outside of work, Stephanie is an avid reader, Harry Potter and *The Golden Girls* enthusiast, and roller coaster fan. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, kayaking, and relaxing at the beach with her family. Stephanie cherishes the strong relationships at Olympic Behavioral Health, where clients and staff alike are treated as family.
